How does this work?

Hypnosis is a way to temporarily soften the inner filter that keeps your usual patterns in place. In that state, we can reach the automatic programs that run your reactions faster than thought.

I don't "implant suggestions" and I don't try to talk you into anything. We look for the root pattern and work with the logic of your system so old programs can let go and new ones can form that fit your life now.

Is it safe?

Yes. You stay conscious and in control during the whole process. You hear everything, remember everything, and can pause, stop, or change direction at any moment.

Even in deep hypnosis, your mind keeps its protective function. It feels more like intense focus than like being "turned off."

How quickly do results appear?

Many people feel a shift after 1 or 2 sessions. For stable change, 5 to 8 weeks is typical. There are stages the process needs to go through, and then the new inner structure needs time to integrate.

We work with the root, not the symptoms. When the root changes, the change holds without constant self-control.

Is this time-limited or an open-ended process?

The work is structured and time-limited. This is not open-ended therapy like "let's talk for a year and see." There is a clear frame, a clear process, and a clear finish.

I work like solving a specific task, not doing endless therapy. After the task is solved, we finish.

Then you need time to live the result in real life without my presence. That's how you know the change happened and the new state is natural for you.

Do I need to tell everything?

No. You can keep any details you don't want to say out loud.

Subconscious work does not require confession. We can work through images, sensations, symbols, and metaphors without sharing specific situations or facts.

I tried hypnosis and it didn't work. Why will this be different?

Many different things get called "hypnosis." Often it means surface suggestions or a standard script. In that format, change is rarely stable.

My approach is clinical and personal. We look for the specific subconscious pattern that triggers the problem and we work directly with it. Hypnosis is not the "treatment" itself. It's the access. The real change comes from the work on the level where the pattern lives.

A simple analogy is surgery. The scalpel does not heal by itself. But it lets you reach the real problem.

What if I'm too rational and "it doesn't work" for me?

Being rational is not the problem. Trying to control the process is.

I don't wave my hands or speak in a mysterious voice. You don't need to be gullible or uneducated to get real results from this work.

In practice, rational people often feel the difference between explanation and real internal change very clearly. If you've already done years of analysis, you may notice the shift fast.

What if I resist and feel nothing?

Resistance is a normal part of the process. Feeling "nothing" is also normal.

Hypnosis helps not only people who visualize well. You don't need vivid sensations. You don't need to "feel correctly" or enter a special state.

It's not about intensity. It's about focusing attention on what actually runs your automatic reactions.

Resistance can be useful. It helps us set the right pace and keep the change safe.

Does this work online?

Yes. Most of my clients work with me remotely.

The hypnotic state is created by your focus and attention, not by my physical presence. I don't emit hypnotic "emanations." Online is often more convenient and does not reduce effectiveness.

Do you diagnose or prescribe medication?

No. I don't make psychiatric diagnoses and I don't prescribe medication.

Work with me is a training process. It's aimed at changing patterns, beliefs, and emotional reactions. We work with your inner architecture, not labels.

What if the changes are too strong?

Change is not forced. It does not happen in one jump. This work does not make decisions for you. It removes automatic limitations.

What you do with the freedom that appears is always your choice, at your pace.

What if I change and my life and environment aren't ready?

This is an important question. It can happen.

Internal change comes first. External steps come later. With awareness and care, this transition is often easier than people expect.

Subconscious work does not break your life or destroy relationships. It brings back the ability to choose instead of reacting from habit. The world often adjusts to your new state faster than you'd expect.

How much does a session cost?

I don't charge "per session." Time-based pricing is a big problem in modern healthcare, since it rewards duration and number of visits, not resolution of the issue.

This work is a focused course built around one concrete problem, not a single standalone session. We set a clear target, work through the sequence needed to solve it, and finish when the task is done. For a deep lasting result, most issues require 4 - 6 sessions.

I believe that you should always get several times more in value than the fee you paid. As a practical rule of thumb, come with a problem that has already cost you at least $5,000 - through direct spending, lost or unrealized income, or recurring costs of coping, managing, or distracting yourself from it.
